I have been using Calmax then Calmax Plus for several years now. I recently tried to go off of it and replace it with an over-the-counter Cal/Mag supplement-not the same! Unfortunately, my stomach is a mess again, my stress levels are back up, my discomfort is worse, my digestion is not well again, and psychological or not I believe the Calmax really helps me with all of these things. I have been using CalMax Plus for over two months now and it looks like I will be a lifetime user due to the health benefits that I am receiving from this product.
