What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Nutritional supplements often take time to show results, so we recommend following the suggested use directions before deciding to return a product.
You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund, minus shipping and handling charges.
How do I return a product?
Before returning any item, you must call our Customer Service department at 1-888-627-7011 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Returns without an RA# may not be accepted.
What if I miss the 30-day return window?
Authorized returns received within 60 days of delivery may be eligible for merchandise credit.
Merchandise credit:
- Can be used toward product purchases only
- Does not apply to shipping and handling charges
- Results in final sale purchases
