If your ship-to address is within the Continental US, Alaska, and the US. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, or Guam, your shipping fee is $14.95 for all orders at or under $129. Orders that are over $129 to these destinations do not incur shipping charges, unless otherwise noted.
International Shipping
For orders that are outside the Continental US, please call us at 1-800-300-8689 to determine your shipping charge.
Shipping charges for orders to Canada are $24.95.

If you are still dissatisfied with your product, you may return it for a full product refund within 30 days of order receipt. The product refund will reflect the full price you paid minus the shipping and handling fees.
BEFORE returning an item, you will need to call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-627-7011 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Returns after the Manufacturer’s Guarantee Are Subject to the Following: All refunds are issued using your original purchase method. If you placed an order with a credit or debit card, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear. If we receive an authorized return after the guarantee period (not to exceed 60 days), you will be eligible for a merchandise credit. Merchandise credits may only be used to purchase products – excluding shipping and handling charges. All sales using merchandise credits are final. Returned books, videos, DVDs and CDs are eligible for merchandise credit only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
