I was listening on the radio (remember those) over 20 years ago and heard an ad for Dr. Newton’s Advanced Gold Standard Protein. It sounded like it might be good so I called them up to try it. I ordered one chocolate and one vanilla. They were so delicious. I started with protein banana and water but have mixed it with all kinds of fruits, veggies and drinks since. After my first initial order, I continued to order by the case. I am still loving it today.

I have used Dr. Newton’s AGSWP Protein Powder (Vanilla) over the past five years. Each morning, I mix about 24 grams worth of protein powder with 12 ounces of ice cold water and about a cup of fruit (usually bananas) – this holds me through breakfast. I use the drink as a meal replacement and then throughout the day, where I stay close to a 7-12gm fat, 45gm carb, and 35gm protein, meals. Dr. Newton’s products have been consistently good – although, IMHO, their earlier formula was better tasting. I will continue to use Dr. Newton’s Protein Powder.

This is a wonderful product. I blend it with 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of mixed fruits every morning and I am not hungry until evening. I then eat vegetables and chicken or small portion of meat in the evening. I have been doing this for 3 weeks and have lost 8lbs. I do not touch bread, butter, sweets, or bad carbs. I feel wonderful, and it tastes great.
