Joint pain may be caused by a lack of vitamin D

Even for the most professional athletes and those who work out on a regular basis, it’s not uncommon to experience joint pain from time to time. Some symptoms include swelling, warmth or redness of the joint, constant joint pain, stiffness or difficulty in moving the joint, or a crunching feeling, according to the National Institutes of Health.
