1. Exercise with baby – You might not be able to take the baby on the elliptical with you, but there are ways you can get some physical activity into your day while still caring for your little one. Going on walks is a great way to burn extra calories and pushing a stroller can help you to burn even more. The simple movements of rocking, swaying and bouncing your baby can also get you moving.
